Privacy policy

This policy explains how JMML Digital Printing Service, trading as Limbag Printing Solution ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal information when you message our Facebook Page, ask for a quotation, or order printing from us. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

Who we are

What we collect

• Messages you send our Facebook Page through Messenger, including text, photos and files, and our replies to you.
• Your name and profile ID as shown by Facebook, so we know who we are talking to.
• Order details — what you want printed, sizes, quantities, prices, deadlines, pickup or delivery details.
• Contact details you give us, such as a phone number, email or address.
• Artwork and files you send for printing.
• Payment records — amounts, dates and reference numbers. We do not store card numbers.

Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To print, check and hand over your order.
• To keep a short written summary of each conversation — what you asked for, what we quoted and what we agreed — so the whole team works from the same terms and nothing you asked for is missed.
• To issue receipts and invoices and keep the records the law requires.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your messages for advertising.

Conversation summaries

Our system writes a short summary of each chat so our team can see what was asked for and agreed. Our staff check every summary before it is used for your order.

Who can see your information

• Our staff who need it for your order, each with their own login.
• Trusted service providers that help us run our messaging and order systems. They may only use your information to provide those services to us, and some may store it outside the Philippines with appropriate safeguards.
• Government agencies, only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Chats and summaries: up to 2 years after your last message, then deleted.
• Artwork files: up to 6 months after your order is picked up, unless you ask us to keep them for reprints.
• Receipts, invoices and accounting records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to be informed about, access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to its processing, and ask for a copy of it. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

How to ask us to delete your data

Send us a message on our Facebook Page or email jmmldigitalprintingservice@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the name on your Facebook account. We will delete your chats, summaries and files within 30 days and confirm when it's done. Records we must keep by law (such as issued invoices) are kept only as long as required.

Security

Your information is stored in encrypted systems that only signed-in staff can open. We limit access to the people who need it for your order.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
